Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Most vendors offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Exemptions: Perishable goods, custom products, and intimate/sanitary items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, they will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
